Multi-Part Snapset OMR forms are developed as either 9 1/8" x 11 " documents or 11 5/8" x 8 1/2 " with 2 colors on either 1 or 2 sides. The 9 1/8" x 11" type will have a 5/8" marginal Tear-off strip on the left side for easy removal to conform to the standard 8 1/2" x 11" format when the Tear-off strip is removed. This orientation is Landscape. They can be used in dot-matrix impact and non impact line printers to "Pre-Slug specific information in specific areas on the form, and the information is both "Human Readable" as well as "Machine Readable". Popular uses are Medical Information, Sales Orders, and EMS Forms. Another advantage is that they will have more than one part,(hence a carbon copy of the original form). They may have carbon between the parts, or more popular, using carbonless OCR Grade Paper.
