Self Mailer OMR forms are documents with 2 or more colors on either 1 or 2 sides of the form and printed on either Card Stock or Heavy Grade OCR Bond. Self Mailer OMR forms have a self-adhesive pressure sensitive tape for easy refolding to send through the mail service after the form has been filled out. Self Mailers are cost-effective because they eliminate the need for inserting into envelopes. They also eliminate the need for BRE ( Business Reply Envelopes). They are popular for Surveys and Questionnaires where feedback from the masses is desired.
