Booklets are usually 11" x 17" (ledger size) documents with 2 or more colors on each side, and printed on either heavy weight card stock for Card Readers or Premium Grade OCR Bond for Full Sheet Readers. Booklets usually have a tearout perforation for easy separation and almost always have a control number that is optically read by the scanner for marrying the pages when separated. We can personalize these booklets with variable imaging information such as names and addresses, pre-coded information (i.e. Social Security Numbers, Personal ID Codes, Birth Dates), bar codes, in many formats, and custom images. Booklets can be developed to accommodate up to 80 pages per book, and software is defined so that all pages actually become one record of a Data file, holding extraordinary amounts of data. We currently produce booklets for several OMR/OCR software recognition systems.
